¹The in-person participation fee includes two days of lunch, a gala dinner on the first day, tea, coffee, and refreshments during breaks, a name badge, a participation certificate, a conference bag, an online abstract book, and access to all sessions (both in-person and online). The participation fee also includes the ISOHTEL 2024 Special Book, which will be published by an international publisher recognized by the Council of Higher Education (ÜAK) criteria and will contain the full texts of the papers deemed appropriate after peer review. In multi-author papers, the fees in the table apply regardless of the in-person participation of the co-authors other than the responsible author.

²No participation fee will be charged for students enrolled in master's or doctoral programs, and they will be able to benefit from all facilities free of charge (including lunch and gala dinner) if they attend the symposium in-person. In papers involving students, non-student co-authors will pay the participation fee.

³Participation in ISOHTEL 2024 is free for the audience. Audience members can follow all sessions both in-person and online. They can only benefit from tea, coffee, and refreshments during breaks. They can receive a participation certificate (electronic) upon request.
